TakeMe is the commercial name of the company Take Me Shoes S.L., with CIF B54752019. It is registered in the Commercial Registry of Alicante, volume 3736, folio 183, page 137792, entry 1.

TakeMe has its registered office at Félix Rodríguez de la Fuente street (Business Park) nº 68, 03203, Torrellano, Elche (Alicante). You can also write to the following email address: info@takeme.es or if you wish orally to the telephone number 965 681 609 from Monday to Thursday from 08:30 - 13:00 and 15:00 - 17:00. Friday's from 08:30 - 13:00.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE TYPE OF GOODS OR SERVICES BEING SOLD 

Take Me Shoes is a footwear manufacturing company that, through its online store, is dedicated to the marketing and sale of footwear.

Through its online store it sells its products to individual end customers, but it also has collaborating stores spread nationally and in Europe where you can find these products in a physical store (see the Points of Sale map at the end of the Home page).

These conditions constitute a legally binding contract between you and TakeMe in respect of orders placed for products available in our online store.

When contacting us in relation to an order you have placed, you must quote your order number.

PURCHASE PROCEDURE 

To process the order, the customer must provide the information requested and choose the payment method they prefer. Once the requested information has been provided and the order has been accepted by the customer, the purchase will have been made.

Once the purchase is made, TakeMe will send you an email with the order confirmation that will contain the summary of the purchase, as well as payment information and shipping and billing information.

The hours for receiving orders through our online store are twenty-four hours, three hundred and sixty-five days a year. Orders placed after twelve hours will be processed the next business day in the city of Torrellano, Elche. Orders received over the weekend will be processed first thing on the following Monday or first business day afterward.

If we cannot process your order due to any incident, we will contact you by phone or email.

ORDER DELIVERY 

The delivery period of the product begins from the date on which the buyer receives the email receipt of the order in case the payment is made through PayPal (with credit card) or bank card. Although it is not among our current payment methods, in the case of making a payment by bank transfer, the shipment will be made 24 hours after TakeMe receives confirmation that the payment has been made effective in your bank account.

Deliveries are made within 24-48 hours (business hours) to the Spanish peninsula by express GLS courier, shipments to the Balearic Islands are made with a transit time of 2-3 working days, international shipments are made with a time of Delivery 5-10 business days. We do not ship to the Canary Islands.

We will ship your order to the shipping address listed on your order request.

The delivery time is indicative. If in exceptional cases a shipment exceeds the indicated delivery time, it does not generate the right to compensation.

If upon receiving the order you verify that the package has been opened or is visibly damaged, please note this on your delivery sheet so that you can make a claim to the carrier if necessary.

PRICE 

The prices indicated on the products in our online store include VAT.

The prices expressed in the product rates do not include shipping costs. Shipping costs appear broken down in the cart section. Once you have selected the items you wish to purchase from our online store, select the desired shipping company and the shipping costs will be included directly in your cart.

- Exchanges and returns not included in the promotion (consult depending on the reason for the return).

Shipping costs to:

- Balearic Islands - Minimum shipping amount €8.50

- Rest of countries in Europe - check available areas.

- Rest of the world - check available areas.

** Azores and Madeira not included in this rate.

***Shipping to colonies or islands belonging to the country are not associated with this shipping rate. The shipping rate in this case is to be consulted and will increase to the corresponding shipping rate of the destination country.

The total price payable by you (the buyer) will be set out in the Order Confirmation

Technical information or any questions about the products, stock and prices can be consulted with the store by telephone or email at the time of making your purchase.

Your complete tax information and shipping address will be necessary to process orders. You will receive the paper invoice along with your order. We will also send it to you by email so that you have it available in electronic format.

PRODUCT CHARACTERISTICS 

It's possible that small variations in color (shades...) and other types (texture...) may occur in the footwear due to several causes: the shade of the shoe may vary from one batch to another due to factors inherent to the type of product (dye , material...), the digitization of the image may show a color that is not exact to the real one, the software used to view the image of the product may also vary the color, texture...

TakeMe will not be responsible for any damage resulting from incorrect use of the product.

The sizing that TakeMe uses is continental European. The size guide is indicative and measurements are approximate, they may vary depending on the model. TakeMe cannot guarantee that the product corresponds to the size. The measurements indicated in the size guide refer to the foot measurement, not referring to the size of the shoe.

GUARANTEE 

Products purchased by individuals or individuals through the TakeMe online store have a 2-year warranty from the date of delivery or until the useful life of the product.

The consumer and user must inform the seller of the lack of conformity within two months of becoming aware of it.

The warranty covers any manufacturing defect, and all conditions caused by misuse of the product are outside the warranty.

In the event that a claim arises due to a manufacturing defect, TakeMe's claims department will analyze each case individually (e.g. it will carry out checks on the same batch of shoe that is the subject of the claim, etc.)

If the product is in stock when the claim for manufacturing defect occurs, it will be exchanged for a new one. If there is no stock, a credit will be made for the amount of the product.

We don't refund products that were not purchased on our website. TakeMe will only be financially responsible for shoes purchased directly from this online store. If the product is purchased in an establishment or store that sells TakeMe products, you must contact the establishment where you purchased the product for any claim.

RESPONSIBILITY 

The liability assumed by TakeMe towards the buyer will be limited at most, and for any reason, to the total amount received by TakeMe from the buyer.

TakeMe is not responsible for any personal or material damage caused as a result of the use of the purchased products.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL 

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within a period of 14 calendar days without the need for justification or alleging any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days from the day on which you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquired material possession of the goods.

To calculate the days, it must be taken into account that the 14-day period includes Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. If the return period ends on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday, it is extended until the next day that is not a holiday.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify in writing your decision to withdraw from the contract through an unequivocal statement by post to TakeMe, C/ Félix Rodríguez de la Fuente (Business Park) nº 68, 03203 Torrellano, Elche (Alicante) or by e-mail to the following email address: info@takeme.es.

You may use the model withdrawal form below, although its use is not mandatory. It is up to the consumer to prove in some way that they have requested or exercised this right.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for the communication regarding your exercise of this right to be sent before the corresponding period expires.

To make the right of withdrawal effective, the consumer must return the goods delivered to the seller within 14 calendar days from the day after they notify the seller of their decision to withdraw.

CONSEQUENCES OF WITHDRAWAL 

In case of withdrawal on your part, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive mode of delivery). ordinary delivery that we offer) without any undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which we receive the rejected product. We will proceed to make said refund using the same payment method used by you for the initial transaction.

The buyer will be responsible for the return of the goods and must deliver them directly to Take Me Shoes S.L., C/Félix Rodríguez de la Fuente (Parque business) nº 68, 03203, Torrellano, Elche (Alicante) without any undue delay and, in In any case, no later than within a period of 14 calendar days from the date on which you inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract. The deadline will be considered met if you return the goods before said deadline has expired. You must assume the direct cost of returning the goods (except for the first return as the first customer within the Peninsula). Shipping to our headquarters would be at your expense and under your responsibility. Returns with postage due are not accepted.

The consumer is authorized to test and inspect the goods he has purchased with due care. Although the consumer will only be able to carry out the same manipulations and inspections of the goods that would be allowed in a store. That is, you could try on the shoes with your foot preferably inside a plastic bag, for hygiene reasons and on a carpet or a clean surface so that no marks remain on the shoe or the sole.

Due to the particular characteristics of the product being sold - new shoes - its use/damage or deterioration renders the goods unusable to be sold as new (for hygiene reasons) and would become second-hand goods. As a consequence, it makes the item unsuitable for sale. In this case, the item will be returned to the customer, with TakeMe assuming the costs, without the customer being able to demand any type of compensation or right to a refund, with the exception of the subsequent exercise of its warranty rights on the goods sold.

RETURN COSTS 

When the reason for return is a size problem, if you don't want a size change, the shipping costs will be paid by the buyer. To avoid this, we recommend viewing our Size Guide before making the purchase, comparing the cm with your foot or, if in doubt, asking for the exact measurement of the product you wish to purchase by sending an e-mail to info@takeme. is

*the right to exercise any return option is subject to the product being tested/used only as it would have been in a store, and the product being returned in its original condition, intact and undamaged, and in its packaging original.

In very exceptional cases TakeMe may decide to assume the return costs. It will always do so when the reason for return is a manufacturing error. 

REFUNDS 

The refund will be made to the account used for payment. If you pay through PayPal, credit card or Bizum, the refund will be made to the account associated with your chosen payment method.

APPLICABLE LEGISLATION 

Any order placed at https://www.takeme.es necessarily implies unreserved acceptance by the client of the provisions of these conditions.

These general conditions are ruled by the Spanish Law. The parties submit, at their option, for the resolution of conflicts and waiving any other jurisdiction, to the courts and tribunals of the user's domicile.
