TAKE ME is the trade name of the company Take Me Shoes, s.l., with CIF B54752019. It is registered in the Mercantile Registry of Alicante, volume 3736, page 183, page 137792, 1st entry. 

TAKE ME has its registered office at Calle Félix Rodríguez de la Fuente (Parque empresarial No. 68) 03203 Torrellano, Elche (Alicante). You can also write to the following email address: or if you wish verbally by calling 966 449 136 from 08:30 - 13:00 and 15:00 - 18:00. 


TAKE ME is a shoe manufacturer, through its online store it is dedicated to the marketing and sale of footwear. 

TAKE ME through its online store sells its products to individual end customers, so you can only place orders through the online store if you are an individual. 

These Conditions constitute a legally binding contract between you and TAKE ME regarding orders placed for products available in our online store.

When contacting us regarding an order you have placed, you will need to provide your order number. 


To process the order, the customer must provide the information requested and choose the payment method they prefer. Once the requested information is provided and the order is accepted by the Client, the purchase will have been made. 

Once the purchase has been made, TAKE ME will send you an email with the order confirmation that will contain the summary of the purchase, as well as payment information and shipping and billing information. 

Order reception hours through our online store are twenty-four hours, three hundred and sixty-five days a year. Orders placed after twelve hours will be processed the following business day in the city of Torrellano, Elche. Orders received over the weekend will be processed first thing the following Monday or first business day. 

If we cannot process your order due to an incident, we will contact you by phone or email. 


The Product delivery period starts from the date on which the buyer receives the order receipt email in case the payment is through Paypal (by credit card) or cash on delivery. When the payment is made by bank transfer, the shipment will be made 24 hours after TAKE ME receives confirmation that the payment has been made in your bank account. 

Deliveries are made within 24-48 (business) hours to Spain peninsula by urgent courier, shipments to the Balearic Islands are made with a transit of 2-3 working days, international shipments are made with a time of delivery of 4-7 working days. 

We will send your order to the shipping address that appears on your order request. 

The delivery time is indicative. If in exceptional cases a shipment exceeds the indicated delivery period, it does not generate the right to compensation. 

If upon receipt of the order you find that the package has been opened or is visibly damaged, please note it on your delivery sheet so that you can claim the carrier if necessary.


The prices indicated on the products of our online store include VAT. 

The prices expressed in the product rates do not include shipping costs. Shipping costs are broken down in the cart section. Once you have selected the items you wish to purchase from our online store, select, if applicable, sent to mainland Spain, the free shipping promotion for purchases in Spain (peninsula) will automatically be applied. 

- Cash on delivery has an additional cost of 4% of the value of the merchandise. The minimum amount that will be charged if you select cash on delivery payment is €4

- Changes and returns not included in the promotion (Consult according to the reason for the return).

- Canary Islands - Minimum shipping amount €10 

- Ceuta and Melilla - Minimum shipping amount €14 

- Other countries in Europe - check available areas. 

- Rest of the world - consult available areas.

*** Shipments to the colonies or islands belonging to the country are not associated with this shipping rate. The shipping rate in this case is to be consulted and will be increased by the corresponding shipping rate of the destination country. 

The total price to be paid by you (the buyer) will be established in the Order Confirmation 

Technical information or any questions about products, stock and prices can be consulted with the store by phone or e-mail at the time of making your purchase. 

For the processing of orders, your full tax information and shipping address will be necessary. You will receive the paper invoice along with your order. We will also send it to you by email so that it is available in electronic format.

It is possible that small variations of color (shades...) and of another type (texture...) occur in the footwear due to various causes: The tonality of the shoe may vary from one batch to another due to factors inherent to the type of product (dye , material...), the digitalization of the image can show a color that is not exact to the real one, the software used to visualize the image of the product can also vary the color, the texture... 

TAKE ME will not be held responsible for any damage derived from incorrect use of the product. 

The sizing used by TAKE ME is continental European. The size guide is indicative and the measurements are approximate, they may vary depending on the model, TAKE ME cannot guarantee that the product corresponds to the size. The measurements indicated in the size guide refer to the measurement of the foot, not referring to the size of the shoe. 


Products purchased by individuals or natural persons through the TAKE ME online store have a 2-year guarantee from the date of delivery or until the useful life of the product. 

The consumer and user must inform the seller of the lack of conformity within two months from when he became aware of it. 

The guarantee covers any manufacturing defect, leaving out of guarantee all those conditions caused by misuse of the product. 

In the event of a manufacturing defect claim, the TAKE ME claims department will analyze each case in particular (for example, it will carry out checks on the same batch of the shoe that is the subject of the claim...) 

If, when the claim for manufacturing defects occurs, there are stocks of the product, it will be exchanged for a new one. If there are no stocks, a credit will be made for the amount of the product. 

We do not refund products that were not purchased on our website. TAME ME will only be financially responsible for the shoes purchased directly in this online store. In the event that the product is purchased in an establishment or store that sells TAME ME products, you should address any claim to the establishment where you purchased the product. 


The liability assumed by TAKE ME towards the Buyer will be limited at most and for any concept, to the total amount received by TAKE ME from the Buyer. 

TAKE ME is not responsible for personal or material damage caused as a result of the use of the purchased products.


You have the right to withdraw from this contract within a period of 14 calendar days without the need for justification or alleging any reason. 

The withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days from the day that you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquired material possession of the goods. 

To calculate the days, it must be taken into account that Saturdays, Sundays and holidays are included in the 14-day period. If the return period ends on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday, it is extended until the next day that is not. 

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify in writing your decision to withdraw from the contract through an unequivocal statement by post to TAKE ME, Calle Félix Rodríguez de la Fuente (Business Park nº 68) 03203 Torrellano, Elche (Alicante) or by email to the following email address: 

You may use the withdrawal form model below, although its use is not mandatory. It is up to the consumer to prove in some way that he has requested or exercised this right. 

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is enough that the communication regarding the exercise by you of this right is sent before the corresponding period expires. 

To make the right of withdrawal effective, the consumer must return the goods delivered to the seller within 14 calendar days from the day after he communicates to the seller his decision to withdraw. 


In the event of withdrawal on your part, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive delivery method). that we offer) without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will proceed to make said refund using the same means of payment used by you for the initial transaction, in any case, you will not incur any expenses as a result of the refund. 

The buyer will be responsible for the return of the goods and must deliver them directly to TAKE ME, Calle Félix Rodríguez de la Fuente (Business Park nº 68) 03203 Torrellano, Elche (Alicante) without undue delay and, in any case, no later than take within 14 calendar days from the date on which you communicate your decision to withdraw from the contract. The term will be considered fulfilled if you return the goods before said term has expired. You must bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Shipping to our headquarters would be at your expense and under your responsibility. Postage due returns are not accepted. 

The consumer is authorized to test and inspect the goods that he has purchased with due care. Although the consumer may only carry out the same manipulations and inspections of the goods that would be admitted in a store. In other words, you could try on the shoes with your foot, preferably inside a plastic bag, for hygienic reasons and on a carpet or a clean surface so that there are no marks left on the shoe or the sole. 

Due to the particular characteristics of the product being sold -new shoes- the use/damage or deterioration thereof renders the goods useless to be sold as new (for hygiene reasons), (they would become second-hand goods) and as consequently renders the item unfit for sale. In this case, the item will be returned to the Client, assuming TAKE ME the expenses, without the Client being able to demand any type of compensation or right to a refund, with the exception of the subsequent exercise of their warranty rights on the merchandise sold.

Without prejudice to the statutory right of withdrawal, you have the option of returning the products within 30 days from the date of receipt. This extra return guarantee allows you, even after the withdrawal period of 14 days has expired, to withdraw from the sales contract by returning the products without giving any reason or giving any explanation. 

This extra return guarantee in no case affects your legal right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days, nor the legal guarantee of the product. 

Returns / Steps to follow


Mark the products to be returned on the delivery note received with the package.


Enter the product to be returned in its original box with the delivery note. Close the bag and affix the return label that you received with the package in a visible place.


Make the collection request by sending an email to info@takeme. Indicating the reason for your return.


In a few days you will receive the amount of your return, through the same form of payment used in your purchase. 


If the reason for the return is for reasons beyond the control of the company, the cost of the return will be deducted from the amount to be returned. Otherwise, the company will assume additional transportation costs. 

*the right to exercise this return option is subject to the fact that the product has been tested/used only as it would have been in a store, and that the product is returned in its original condition, intact and undamaged, and in its packaging original. 


The refund will be made to the account used for payment. For payments on account or payments in advance by transfer, the refund will be sent to the account from which the payment was made. If you pay by PayPal/credit card, the refund will be made to the account associated with your PayPal/credit card account. If the payment was cash on delivery, the client will be asked for an account number to make a bank transfer for the amount to be reimbursed. 


Any order placed at necessarily implies the unreserved acceptance by the customer of the provisions of these conditions. 

These general conditions are ruled by the Spanish Law. The parties submit, at their choice, for the resolution of conflicts and waiving any other jurisdiction, to the courts and tribunals of the user's domicile.
