How long will it take for my order to arrive?

The delivery time for orders is 24-48 working hours from when the order is placed (only for peninsular shipments; the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are excluded). 

If for any reason the order should be delayed, we will contact you to let you know and, of course, reward you. 

Once the order is placed, it is not allowed to make any change in the shipping address, unless the customer bears the costs and is expressly accepted by the parties. 

In orders that by destination have to go through customs, we may have to ask for some personal information such as the Tax ID. In the event that the client refuses to provide said data and there is a customs retention, the return costs will have to be paid by the client.

What is the shipping cost? 

Shipping costs are not included in the price of the items. These will appear broken down in your purchase summary. Expenses will be calculated depending on the destination and shipping date.

What happens if I am not at the address I indicated when the courier goes to deliver the order? 

After a first delivery attempt, the carrier will leave you a notice so that you can contact him and set a new delivery date. This delivery can be made at the shipping address that you indicated to us or at one of the carrier's offices. 

After another failed attempt, your order will be canceled and we will refund the amount of the order minus the cost of returning the package. 

What do I do if my order does not arrive? 

If after a period of 5 working days from the confirmation of your order you have not received it, contact us through the email 

Can I send my order as a gift? 

Yes, we offer you the possibility of sending gifts through our online store. To do this, make the purchase as usual, and you will have to send an email saying that it will be for a gift. In addition, you can write a personalized message and we will take care of wrapping it in a special way.
