Returns / Steps to follow

STEP 1 - MARK ITEMS DELIVERY PAYMENT

Mark the products to be returned on the delivery note received with the package.

STEP 2 - USE THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING

Enter the product to be returned in its original box with the delivery note. Close the bag and affix the return label that you received with the package in a visible place.

STEP 3 - REQUEST PICKUP

Make the collection request by sending an email to info@takeme. Indicating the reason for your return.

STEP 4 - RECEIVE REFUND

In a few days you will receive the amount of your return, through the same form of payment used in your purchase.

RETURN COSTS

If the reason for the return is for reasons beyond the control of the company, the cost of the return will be deducted from the amount to be returned. Otherwise, the company will bear the transportation costs.
